Shinkame純米酒 ひやおろし
祝常陸杜氏
Thank you for having it! Thank you "Shinkame Junmai Sake (Hiyoroshi)" I received a bottle of this representative sake of Saitama Prefecture, which I personally enjoyed.
Aroma of concentrated grain. Characteristic taste with depth and thickness. On the other hand, compared to the original Shinkame, the aging period is reduced from about two years to half a year, so it has a youthful and moderate acidity with a slight lingering bitter taste. It is also sharp and crisp.
It is a bottle that is favored by a fairly core group of fans and is best served hot and with strong dishes.
