It was suddenly in stock for the first time at a nearby liquor store. I was torn between junmai ginjo and tokubetsu junmai and decided on tokubetsu jun.
It has a clean flavor and goes down the throat gently. It has a freshness of unfiltered raw sake, but it is not rough and very tasty! Thank you very much for the food👍
