It has a clean and refreshing taste.
I've only had sake from Saga in Kyushu, and I've never had Fukuoka sake before, so it was refreshing.
I had a strong image of shochu, but sake is also delicious. It was a good learning experience. I would like to try more sake from Kyushu.
