Sake in Saku City, Nagano Prefecture I may have written about it before, but Saku City is the city where I took care of my summer baseball camp when I was in college. Hiyaoroshi sake from Banno Shuzo, the brewer of Beau Michelle. It's a refreshing, crisp sake that doesn't interfere with the ingredients. Today's sashimi includes Akitana fish! I just heard the news that the catch of Akitana fish this year is more abundant than usual! yummy yummy 😋 knowledge After being heated once, it is slowly matured for 8 months in a low temperature refrigerator at 2℃. It has a refreshing and thick ginjo aroma, a moderately rounded flavor, and a low glucose level. It is an orthodox bottle to be enjoyed slowly with autumn foods. Banno Shuzo was founded in 1901 (Meiji 34). The philosophy of the brewery is "to pursue good sake and evolve and improve the local sake culture. We brew sake that exists with peace of mind.
