I fell asleep before I posted yesterday, so I forgot to upload this 😅.
I finally came across this one because one of the regulars at the bar recommended it to me 👀.
I was lucky because it was freshly opened too 😊.
There was almost no top notes, with a slight apple-like aroma.
The overtone aroma is like green apple or pear, but not as strong and a little more subdued.
It has a small to medium sweetness, strong acidity, medium umami, and a strong gassy feeling.
It is a little dry, but it is not dry and has a calm and elegant taste 🤔.
It's delicious 😋.
Of course I like sweet and juicy sake, but this kind of sake with a little bit of calmness also tastes better in this cold season 😊.

Mansaku no Hana, I also had a different kind but once drank it and thought it was delicious 🥰This one is a slightly drier sake using Aizan ✨Sounds delicious ✨.
