武侯祠
Ei" means "long" in Japanese and "tokoshie" means "to be" in Japanese. This is one of the two bottles I bought on my trip to Fukui, when I stopped by Eshikoto. I opened it on the first day I moved into my new house as a celebration. First of all, the stopper of the bottle is made of glass, transparent and beautiful. The master of the liquor store once told me that there are fewer variations of sake bottles nowadays due to the bankruptcy of many bottle makers after the Corona disaster. This one must have been custom-made. Let's not throw them away and keep them after drinking.
The taste was impressive, the sensation I felt on the first drink of the first day, with the flavor expanding in my mouth and reaching my throat. As the day went on, the alcohol feeling increased. It might be a good idea to drink it up as soon as possible. It was delicious.
