Since I was able to drink Jikin this year, I decided to try all three major nigori.
First of all, Hirotogawa which is the easiest to buy!
The carbonation was not as strong as I expected, and I could open the bottle normally.
I could have bought it a long time ago, though!
Not very fruity, but mellow and sweet with a rice aroma.
The taste is very full rice sweetness and umami, like drinking rice juice!
The taste is rich and satisfying, but the carbonation is very refreshing and easy to drink!
A little bit dangerous!
It's relatively simple, but it's delicious and gives you a strong sense of nigori sake's charm.
As expected of a sake that is talked about in the same breath as Jikimatu and Yukidama!
