The scent is a fresh pineapple scent, similar to the usual Sanpangiku. It might have some banana in it. It has a moderate alcohol smell.
The taste is full of the rice flavor and the banana flavor is strong and you can feel the alcohol stimulation on your tongue to some extent. It also has a certain amount of stimulation in the throat. There is a strong bitterness that lingers in the mouth, and this is hard to erase with water. When it contains air, the banana taste increases.
