ヒラッチョ
At the end of yesterday's barbecue, we went indoors for another round.
I brought along a "Sake-Sumori" junmai ginjo and a "Itaru" junmai nama nigori.
Even though I was quite drunk.
The modern and cute sweetness and acidity of "Kozu-Mori" and the umami and sharpness of "Itaru" were a big hit with everyone.
It was great to see people who normally don't drink sake as their main drinker saying, "This is delicious! I would be happy if they were pleased with it 😊.
The "Hakkaisan" Ginjo that was prepared.
The quality of the sake (regular sake) and special honjozo is so high that this ginjo is not so noticeable, but it has been quite a while since I last drank it.
As expected, it is a stable Hakkaisan, and in a good sense, a ginjo that conquers the royal road of Niigata's light and dry sake.
The aroma is subdued, the taste is light, and the mouthfeel is clean, smooth, and smooth.
It is a good sake that is easy to drink.
