The third drink outside at Yamagata Muraki Chicken is "Sasasamune".
The horse sashimi in the 3rd picture and the Gundori Tsuke Soba in the 4th picture were too good❣️.
The soba noodles of the day were 10% buckwheat noodles made from Yamagata Village buckwheat flour 😋.
The dipping sauce with gamecock is excellent👍.
The horse sashimi and soba were so delicious that I don't remember the important sasasamune😅.
