Mitsui no Kotobuki - Dai-harakuchi (+14) Junmai Ginjo
Mitsui Kotobuki/ Mitsui District, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan
This sake has a watery mouthfeel, followed by a numbing bitterness. It is only a very dry sake, and I could hardly taste any sweetness.
In addition to a refreshing dish, I felt it went well with spicy fried food.
