○Eggplant with Yuzu Kosho Ponzu Vinegar ⭐️⭐️
Lentil eggplant dressed with yuzu kosho and ponzu vinegar. The spiciness of the pepper stood out and gave it a punch.
○Orange simmered chicken wings ⭐️⭐️
Chicken wings simmered in soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and orange juice. The acidity of orange and vinegar go well together.
The leftover juice was perfect with the richness of the ice breaker! I guess it goes well with strong flavored food.
○Rakkyo and Parmesan Cheese ⭐️⭐️
Rakkyo with parmesan cheese. A favorite combination taught to me at the restaurant. It goes well with cold sake because it is refreshing!
Natto (fermented soybeans)
I thought it would go well with fermented foods because they are fermented foods.... The sauce that comes with the natto was not good enough.
