I've always been curious about this sake, but I never had a chance to get my hands on it, but now that I have it, I'm opening a bottle right away 🙌
The specs are: Jungin polished, all Yamadanishiki from Hyogo prefecture, No.6 yeast, and sake yeast.
The aroma is a gentle, simple melon-auri aroma with a hint of Yamadanishiki and No. 6 yeast. The taste is also easy to drink like potassium with a little lactic acidity on the attack 😋😋😋😋, but as it nears the finish, it has a bitter taste and as the name suggests, a full flavor like tortoise shell candy, and the deliciousness is masked 😊.
