I bought some Kuroda Bushy at the brewery at the end of the year 😆.
I forgot it had lees.
I drank half of it.
What? It's a little cloudy.
I noticed it.
I stirred in the lees and it became quite fruity.
It became much more fruity.
Without lees, it's very crisp.
It goes well with sashimi ✨👍
