soumacho
I bought it when I stopped by Oita City on my way back from Miyazaki and Minami-Kyushu in Kagoshima because the label was so nice 🚗.
Following the Sentoku I bought in Miyazaki, this one was also a collaboration sake with a liquor store, so I felt like I got something out of it😇.
Polishing ratio 60
Alcohol content 16
The image on the label makes it look like a gorgeous modern type of sake, but on the contrary, the aroma is gentle, and the spiciness comes in gently like water, and then it quickly dies down 😊.
It's dry but easy to drink, and before you know it, it's gone from the cup and you'll be drinking more 💦.
For the entrée, I grilled the striped horse mackerel (🐟️) I bought in Oita, served it with Kagoshima satsuma-age (fried fish cake) and Miyazaki peanut tofu.
The striped horse mackerel brings out the flavor and the satsuma-age brings out the sweetness.
It is a sake that is easy to pair with food 🍶 as a food sake 😋.

Good evening, soumacho 😃.
Is this a square bottle? I like the dry and easy to drink 😙I only drink Oita sake at home, so this will be helpful for me 🤗.

Hi Jay & Nobby 😃.
It sure looks like a square bottle 😳
The bottle is a regular four-pack 😄
The way you take the picture changes the way it looks, doesn't it?
I too had only met Chiebijin for Oita sake 🍶 so I'll definitely refer to it 😊.
