Dance of the Rim
This is the first time we have seen this sake rice.
This sake used to be made with Gohyakumangoku rice.
but changed to En no Mai this year. ☀️
I wondered if the taste was similar to that of Gohyakumangoku.
But it's not. It is moist and sweet.
I thought it would go well with sashimi,
I can't deny that I was slightly betrayed😅.
I left it for a day and the sharpness increased ✨.
I enjoyed it somehow.
I guess it's all a coincidence 🤣.
