Rice wine brewed in France! I was even made to think that it was no longer pouilly but white wine itself. You can feel the acidity from the smell, and it is not too sour, but the acidity is emphasized. There is no unpleasant taste at all. Low alcohol (13%) also played a role, you can drink easily É♩, also the taste of the rice is left on the tongue immediately after passing through the throat. It was quite delicious sake. Details of the specification are not indicated on the label, but I think the rice is not polished much. At the very least, it seems to be pure rice. Both rice and koji are from France. The brand name "WAKAZE" is written in Chinese characters, "Wakase". I have high hopes for the youthful vigor of the sake industry, including this brewery! Perhaps 10 years later, 20 years later may be one of the options overseas production♩
