This sake is brewed from the highest grade of the Tazake series, Gin Karasu Hoshi, polished to 45%.
It was drunk well chilled, but the fruity flavor stood out while being refreshing.
The aftertaste is dry, tight, and very tasty.
The sweetness becomes more noticeable as the temperature rises after a short time.
