This is the first sake brewed by Yohei, the seventh generation brewer, who succeeded his father, Taiji Hamamura, the former brewer.
The sake was named "Taihei" after the first letter of both father and son's names.

The clear and refreshing umami. A lingering aftertaste that fades away quickly.
