The label looks like people are enjoying brewing sake, drinking sake, and just about to get going! A special collaboration sake for all Kaze no Mori fans nationwide for the New Year's holiday season. Chilli and Muscat citrus manicure clear sweet mineral wild! This sake is full of Kaze no Mori's character, with the complexity of dewy leaf wind🌾 in a minerally way 🍶. Pale yellow in appearance, with a green tinge. When you pour it, you will hear a nice sound of a shwirl and the glass is filled with fine bubbles🫧. The aroma is sweet, fresh and colorful, this is the Wind Forest! Aromas of young pear and muscat. Fresh nuances of citrus. Quite fresh, with a good amount of manicured aroma that makes it sexy and cool. Rice aroma is about the size of a rice cake from white dumpling to rice cake. The texture is very smooth, flowing smoothly into the mouth. The gassiness is only a slight tickle. A moderate sweetness rides the tongue, and fresh acidity spreads with the loss of carbonation. The nose has a cool, refreshing volatile aroma. From the mid-palate, a clear flavor can be felt, and towards the end, there is a slightly wild complexity that is typical of the dewy leaf style. The lingering taste is also beautifully bitter and complex. The taste is light and fresh. Clear minerality runs through the entire wine. It's a taste I love, with all the Wind Forest character. ☺️

Good evening, chika 😃. Looks interesting, doesn't it😄. The QR code on the label allows you to watch a video of the original creation of this painting, which is also amazing! Not only the people, etc., but even the "KAZE" logo is all hand-drawn with a brush: 🖌️😳

Good evening, ma-ki-😃. It's an eye-catching label, isn't it😄. Every year I used to drink Kaze no Mori "Laughing gate has good luck" for the beginning of the year, which is only available in Nara prefecture, but this year I decided to go with this one: ☺️ I hope you'll try it because it has the full Kaze no Mori character 🍶😊.
