Sake My Life
The aroma is gorgeous and white peachy. The aroma is similar to that of a package tag. There is no nose-tingling sensation, and the beautiful ginjo aroma is strong.
The taste is fruity without being too sweet. It is light and watery in the mouth, but has a sharp aftertaste with a bitter alcohol taste. It is amazing that it is light with this aroma and sweetness without relying on gassiness.
In terms of genre, it is gorgeously sweet and full, but what is this cleanness that does not become tedious?
Recently, I have been refraining from strong sweetness, and my first impression was that it might be too harsh, but I could feel a certain sharpness in the overall flavor and could continue drinking.
I enjoyed it with Chinese Osechi left over from New Year's Day.
