My first brewery. It seems to be a sake from Shizuoka.
I noticed that it seemed to be made with yeast No. 9. It had a sour taste, but I guess it is a summer sake?
It is not "Koyoi" but "Sayogoromo". It is called Sayogoromo.

I drank this sake a while ago myself.
There is also a Honorifuji with a different label color, if you have a chance 😊.
