A refreshing cod stew and "Gizaemon NOUVEAU" from Wakabisu Shuzo. I am familiar with this sake as it is used in Kikyouya Orii's Japanese confectionery "Ginsen".
This is the first sake brewed at the newly renovated brewery last fall.
It is said that "easy-drinking" junmai sake is good, but this sake is easy to drink and has the character of rice (kami no ho), both of which can be enjoyed.
