Well, today is my favorite Ona's 😄 this time it's a non-pressurized pressing! The sake rice is Gin-no-sato and I'm having it for the first time 😊 with high expectations. The aroma is mild with a hint of apple and melon. When you drink it, the sweetness comes quickly followed by umami. Then there is a slightly stronger sourness and bitterness! From there, the alcohol taste comes to the throat and wears off. It is sweet at first, but it finishes off! The overall flavor is rich and mellow. It also has the original taste of sake. It is probably due to the fact that it is unpasteurized! If you drink it as a food sake, you can feel more sweetness! Delicious.

Jay & Nobby Good morning 😊I also saw it online and asked my favorite liquor store to order it for me (lol). It was rough and fresh as if it was unpasteurized!
