夜景おじさん62号We received a bottle of #Kido Junmai Ginjo Haru no Kaorufu from Heiwa Shuzo in Kainan City, Wakayama Prefecture.
The bottle and label design are very spring-like. ☘️
Soft sweet aroma, gentle sweetness, and a fresh taste with a slight bubbly sensation on the tip of the tongue.
The taste is fresh with a light sourness followed by a hint of bitterness.
It is a delicious sake that is light but has a good taste.
It would go well with spring vegetable tempura or white meat sashimi.
