Rice used is Miyamanishiki
Genmai is difficult to obtain, but it seems that you can get it online and in stores as far as aluzake is concerned.
It has a dry flavor with less sweetness than the special honjozo sake we drank before.
The aftertaste is crisp, and the slight bitterness lingering in the throat is not bad.
I don't know if it's typical of Genmai, but I recommend it when you want to enjoy the alcohol taste❗️.
