This surprised me.
I thought it would be too sweet, but instead, it has a refreshing sweetness and fruity aroma, with almost no other unwanted flavors.
To put it simply, it is the juice itself, squeezed from a Japanese pear.
That may seem so, but there is a single strand of bitterness at the back of the juice.
This bitterness keeps the sake well-balanced.
I think this is a sake that should be appreciated more.
No, I don't want it to be so highly regarded that I can no longer get it!
