At a restaurant I visited again (for the second time) at the beginning of the year.
No notes, but just checking in because it was delicious 🙇.
This was my second visit, this time for about 2 drinks.
The first one is "Isei Seishun.
I like the name as well as the taste, and I always order this sake if it is available: ☺️
And it's a new orikarami sake 🥰.
As a self-proclaimed "Origara Mist," there is no way for me not to drink it.
This special junmai sake is brewed with 100% Yume no Kaori, Fukushima's original rice for sake brewing, polished to 60% rice polishing ratio.
This is a new challenge for the 10th anniversary of the release of the special junmai sake👍.
Taste memory... 🍶.
The aroma is soft but fresh.
The taste comes in smoothly with a slight veil of tailings, and is refreshing with a gentle hint of sweetness, and finishes with a mix of sweetness and umami.
The soft and clean impression of Ise Seishun is balanced by a sense of roundness and complexity, with the new sake nama sake enhancing the tones of taste and aroma and intertwining with the tailings.
It was well chilled, but I thought it was soft fresh and delicious.
A sake I would like to drink at home once in my lifetime 🍶.
