ponemI'm not a fan of kijo sake, but I was sure Hirotogawa would be the one to buy!
The aroma is quite strong, like muscat, boiled down with sugar.
The taste is refreshing contrary to the aroma, and the balance of acidity and sweetness is just right.
However, when I put it in my mouth, the sweet aroma pulls me in, so I feel it's relatively too sweet.
It is one of the most enjoyable kijozake.
