It has been a while since I had a drink from Hokkaido. Now that bears are the bad guys, I think there is some headwind, lol. This sake I got is a raw sake, but honestly, I feel the stability of junmai more than the raw feeling. Hokkaido rice is possible, isn't it? I could fully feel the deliciousness of the rice.
