The second cup of the Ehime sake drinking contest. The brewery is located in Shufu, Saijo City, Toyo. The first aroma is fruity. The first taste is clean, but soon you can feel the maturity and punch of the original sake. Yet, it is still gorgeous and goes down your throat nicely. It has a story from beginning to end and is unique. This is a sake that will teach you the depth of sake.

Using Ehime rice "Matsuyama Mitsui" as the raw material, this Junmai Ginjo-shu, limited to Sumimari, is separately enclosed and thermally aged to commemorate "Sake Day," which comes only once a year.
