We had a drink comparison in the garden of the Ozawa Sake Brewery. 600 yen included a small bowl of field meat. We also ordered Tosa-ni (stewed vegetables), oboro-tofu (soft tofu) and soba noodles.

Heated sake. The kind that makes me curl up, which I don't like.

I like it the best. It has a full-bodied sweetness, rounded acidity, and a robust flavor that won't be overpowered by strong-flavored snacks.

Brilliant, sharp taste with a sparkling spine.
