I got this sake as a souvenir from Kanazawa 🍶.
I see words like "local only" and "fantastic sake" that attract me 👀.
Of course, I hadn't tasted it yet😄
I opened the bottle 🍶.
Ginjo aroma with a hint of unrefined sake: ☺️
Rounded mouthfeel and refreshing 😙.
The main flavor is the rice flavor 🌾, with little sweetness.
Full flavor mixed with bitterness 😊.
This sake was satisfying on its own ✨.

I'm sure you can find some of the "Sake only available here " in the souvenir shops in tourist spots! Sake of vision ‼️" in the souvenir shops in tourist areas can be a real visionary bottle that you can't see very often in the sake world 😆 A bottle that will satisfy you 👍.
