On the way back from sightseeing at Sakura Castle ruins, we visited a sake brewery in Sakurai. It was my first time to try Chiba sake. There is a campsite attached to the brewery, so it might be the best place to spend the night drinking 😁.
The taste of the sake is to my liking, with a fizz and lactic acidity that I haven't had in a while. It's dry with a foamy, acidic and clean aftertaste. This is delicious 😋 I realized again that it is possible to make good sake even with a low degree of rice polishing.
