じぇんてぃーれ
Slightly darker color of mitsubuki, with a sweet sake, pineapple, lychee, and kiwi aroma. The palate has a graininess, twisted acidity, sweet and sour fruit, pleasant bitterness, not strong alcohol, and a moderate fullness. More junmai ginjo than junmai. It has the floweriness of a Kabuki actor.
