This is a noble sake brewed with organic naturals instead of water.
The first sip has a complex taste with light bitterness and astringency.
I thought it might be sweeter than the previous one, but on the contrary, I don't feel so much sweetness...? 🤔
I guess that's why the complexity of the first sip was so impressive⁉(Is it just me?) 😅)
But still, it's not so easy to find such a light and easy-to-drink kijoshu.
You can enjoy so many different tastes that it seems as if you have discovered the depth of it on your own ☝.
