Ichi-Oshi's Kaiun. I often drink Kaiun's Junmai, which has great cosmetics, but I didn't know they had nigori. ⁉︎
It is not nigori, but rather a slight nigori, which is more like ogurimi.
The taste is stable Kaiun, no doubt. It tastes sweeter than the regular one. It is also good.
I tried it with eggplant and tofu lasagna, and it went well with the cheese 😋.

Hi Hinna ^ ^
Thank you for guessing the opening 😊.
There is a bitterness in Kaiun as well: ✌️
I think Kaiun is also suitable for food and drink, but with lasagna (cheese) ✨.

Good evening Manta🌇.
I knew there was a silver nigori, but I didn't know there was a nigori in the Junmai series 😅I'm embarrassed to be a Kaizen fan 🫣.
It has a melon-like sweetness and goes well with cheese.
