At a local buckwheat noodle restaurant we visited for the first time, we were delighted to find Kangiku on the limited sake menu and ordered it!
It was delicious!
The ginjo aroma and the first impression on the palate is sweet and gentle, a taste that soothes the Monday night fatigue!
