It is a sake sold in only five stores in Japan.
Almost no aroma. Easy to drink like water. It finishes with a citrus aftertaste like lemon from sweetness and sourness. It was a treat.

Good morning, Mimomiyosan. I have been talking with a good friend of mine at a liquor store and we are in agreement that there is nothing wrong with Yamagata sake. I have never seen even this brewery in a liquor store. It's a pleasure to find rare and delicious sake. It's nice ๐.

Hello, AAJI.
Yamagata's sake is delicious. I've learned a lot about it here at a bar I often go to. Please teach me again! Best regards๐

Hello, Mimomiyosan. There is a brewery in Yamagata that is a descendant of Kiyomasa Kato. It is Fuji Sake Brewery of Eiko Fuji. My favorite liquor store (grandpa) was good friends with the brewer, so I drank sake made with rice sent from Kumamoto. ๐
