Soga is something to look forward to this time of year 😌.
I think "soga" should be a seasonal word in haiku 🙄.
It's hard to find in Kanto, or rather Tokyo, so I'm grateful for the many people who send it to me 🥰.

The aroma is quite mild, just a slight dry white grape feeling.
The taste is a bit dry, but the umami is gradually increasing. The finish is crisp and clean ✨.
