I bought this sake with interest because it was produced by Amatsu Kimura. They use black malted rice.
When I drank it, it tasted sweet and sour. It tastes sweet and sour. It is very light, yet it has the feel of a sake brewed by a Nanbu Touji (master brewer). It is very light, but has a surprisingly long aftertaste. It is delicious.
