叫ぶ蝶
Yamadanishiki x cocoa x oak chips, good warmed up... I saw X's comment but no mention of what I feel... It is very sweet and sour (I want to say this) with low alc (7% alc) and chocolate aroma. There is a chocolate aroma layered in there, and the clear sweet-sourness is enjoyable when the sake is heated to over 60°C. I dropped a Snickers into a chili with this sake and warmed it up, and I think it goes just fine.
