It claims to be a junmai sake from Kojo-nishiki,
I'm pretty sure junmai kosho nishiki is the same 50% polished rice 🌾.
I guess the only difference is if it's Yamahai or not 🤔.
I checked the past reviews of Kojonishiki Jungin.
It says it's a little bit dark sweet and sour 🍎.
I thought the exact same thing this time 🤣.
But this time, since it's Yamahai, I tried heating it up ✨.
You can really feel the fullness of the rice,
It was very, very delicious 😋.
