The brewery is located in Nabari City, Mie Prefecture. The name of the brewery comes from the nearby scenic Akame Shijuhachi Waterfall
The scent seemed subdued (was I just too drunk to recognize it?) In the mouth, the spiciness is unmistakable with a signboard that says "Sake meter value +15"❗️In any case, it's extremely crisp and refreshing down the throat!
