New sake, I guess. There was also nigorigo, but it wouldn't fit in the fridge, so I chose the strained one.
Aroma of ripe fruit, banana, and koji like raw sake.
The taste is clean and sweet. I am not sure if this cleanness is due to the rice or the design of the brewing process.
There is a slight rummy flavor, which is very modern.
There are no strange nuances that are sometimes found in nama-shu, so it is easy to drink in spite of its volume.
