Sake-no-Ten Hayashi
A new all-new brand of sake from a brewery that has been in Tochio, Niigata since 1845. Orikagarami with fine orikage dancing in the air. Nice aroma of greenish white grapes and rice flavor. It also has a refreshing herbal flavor. The mouthfeel is soft and the acidity spreads slowly, followed by a light sweetness. The finish is refreshing, with a slight bitterness and astringency. When heated, both the aroma and taste are acidic, giving it a robust drinking experience.
