It's been a while since I've had Miyakanmei: ❗️
I've had the seasonal nigori that comes out in winter, but this is my first time drinking the standard Miyakanume 😅.
It's a daiginjo, but the aroma is subdued!
It's not so much fruity.
It's more like a Japanese sweetness and flavor. ❗️
The umami is strong and there is a hint of bitterness: ❗️
The aftertaste is also refreshing and goes well with meals👍.
I've only had a few Miyaganbai, so this is a brand I'd like to try more of in the future 😊.
