Kamimorohaku: A high-grade method of brewing that uses polished rice for both koji-mai and kakemai.
The name was accidentally granted when Tatsugoro Takagi XIV applied to register it as a trademark, and it was later made more widely known by Akitsuna Takagi XV.
Tatsugoro Tatsugoro XV assumed the name Tatsugoro in 2023.
