This is a sake from the Tasake brewery. First purchase.
Not much appeal in stores and not well known? I had no idea what it was like, but I bought it to give it a try. What do you think?
The aroma is modest, but when you taste it, it has a beautiful sweetness, and that sweetness is clean, light, and sharp.
It is very tasty! This 720 ml bottle costs only about 1,400 yen. It is the best!
The alcohol content is low these days, but even at 16%, it tastes like you could easily drink it!
