I received this bottle as a tax-deductible gift from my hometown. The bottle is covered with a white cover and when opened, it is a mysterious young grass-colored transparent bottle. It is the first sake from the brewery I have ever had. It is a sweet sake with a tangy aftertaste. It was easy to drink.
